Each apartment comes with all appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Also, for the convenience of our tenants each apartment comes with a washer and dryer; so no trips to a laundry room or laundromat are required. Included “Free” is water, sewer, and 300 MB internet including WiFi and full cable lineup from Spectrum.
Each unit has 300MB download, 30MB upload speeds, plus a full Spectrum cable channel list. This is a value of over $125.
Residents can pay their rent via ACH payment through on-line rental portal.
